Refund Policy

1.Donation Refunds

--> Donations made to RAM JANKI MANDIR SHIKSHA SEWA SANSTHAN are *non-refundable* as they are meant for charitable purposes.
--> However, under exceptional circumstances such as a duplicate transaction or an error in the donation amount, a refund request may be considered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request will only be considered if:
--> The donation was made due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
--> The donor submits a refund request within *7 days* of the donation date.
--> The donation was made fraudulently or without the knowledge of the account holder.

3. Refund Process

--> Donors must submit a written request via email to ramjankishikshasewasansthan@gmail.com with proof of transaction.
--> Refunds will be processed within *15 business days* after verification.
--> Any transaction fees or bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. No Refund in Certain Cases

--> If the donation receipt has been used for tax exemption claims under *Section 80G*, no refund will be issued.
--> If the donation has already been allocated for a project or cause, no refund will be granted.
